To Deliver Maximum Value to our Customers

While this statement is self-explanatory, we believe our mission statement serves two very important functions. First, as opposed to lengthy, regimented operational manuals, the mission statement provides the foundation upon which all business decisions are made. Second, it is the source of our entire performance-based approach to customer service, and offers a glimpse into the difference in management philosophy at Whelan from other security firms – a philosophy that says, “we will deliver the best value for your security dollar by exceeding performance expectations and living up to our promises.” It is also very important to note who we recognize as our customers. At Whelan, we believe in two forms of customers – our paying clients and our employees; and we prescribe to the theory that if we take great care of our employees, they in turn will help us to take even better care of our clients.
