Good Morning Jim,

I am a relatively new employee.and this is something that I have wanted to do for quite a while. I want to commend the security officer on duty in the morning, Andy Anderson, for setting the tone of my day. I am sure that he is not aware of this, but when I walk through the door in the morning, he always greets me with one of the most pleasant and genuine smiles and greetings that I can imagine. And he is not singling me out. He does this for everyone that enters our facility. I cannot speak for everyone, but I really appreciate his greeting early in the morning. It is better than a cup of coffee and plays a big part in setting my entire demeanor for the day. The choice to place him at our building and the entry door was a blessing for me. I enjoy my job and coming to work, but he makes the experience just a little bit nicer. This may sound small and insignificant, but imagine having that kind of influence with just a smile and a greeting. That is good stuff, and I think that's what we need more of in this world - the nice little things.

I just wanted you to be aware of my experience with Andy (and. some others as well) so you can give him a big "Thank You." I appreciate the job he does!!!
