Mr. Schwartz,
I am writing this letter to commend one of your employees, John Brower. John was on patrol.the evening of Wednesday, July 1st. My friend and I were in separate cars in the parking garage of the facility. We had been talking and everyone else was gone. Upon attempting to start her car, the battery was dead. I located my jumper cables. However, my friend and I were having difficulty figuring out how to correctly connect the cables to the battery posts. I saw John, approached him, and explained the situation. He was immediately friendly and offered assistance. I found his calm, yet alert and professional demeanor impressive; and I would recommend him for any customer service type award or token of appreciation that your company has to offer. Please pass on my gratitude to John.
