I wanted to tell you how impressive I find Officer Fayson who provides security for the Red Cross at the 17th Street building. There was an occasion last week where an unstable individual came to the Red Cross and Officer Fayson handled the situation firmly and respectfully…

There are other examples where he has been very helpful. Knowing there are plenty of gripes about our Red Cross employees and contractors, I just wanted to be a voice of gratitude for the security group, especially Officer Fayson's most recent actions.
