Before too much time passes, I want to let you know how impressed I was with security in the parking garage after the fire. Your staff was courteous and helpful; and everyone that I encountered had a smile on their face… In your line of business I am sure people complain more than they compliment the services of your employees, so please let the men and women know they are doing a fine job!
