To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to commend Thomas Properties and their choice of changing security and lobby staff. The professional demeanor, attire, and manner of the officers from Whelan Security is a much more reflective presence of the companies occupying this property, than the previous staff. I have made this observation on a day to day basis going to and from my office. Being the first people to engage clients and potential clients, it is important to make the appropriate impression. I thought this matter worthy of mentioning "the change has been noticed."
