“For everyone's efforts (Houston, Texas), I say THANK YOU…!”

I want to make sure each and every one of your security officers knows that when we experience emergencies of any type… the one thing that gets us through those times are the people who work for us. I cannot say enough about how proud I am of everyone's efforts on Monday to ensure the safety of everyone in the building. The officers made sure that emergency procedures were followed… assisted when and where needed without question… helped answer tenant questions even when we didn't have good answers to give… performed jobs that are not normally their job to do… asked "what can I do to help"… and continued this effort through late nights and early mornings without any complaints. It has been a busy week… and no doubt it will continue to be busy for the foreseeable future but we will get through the challenges we are currently faced with and those yet to come because we all pull together and work as a team…

For everyone's efforts I say THANK YOU and ask that you keep up the good work as I promise you it has not gone unnoticed.
