I wanted to make you aware of a couple of incidents in the past couple weeks that involved security officer James Greer (St. Louis, MO). Just this past weekend, on Feb. 27th at 4:00 a.m. he called me to let me know that the boiler light was flashing in the shop; and that he knew something was wrong. When I arrived, I found numerous problems with one of our feed water pumps and check valves. It was a very serious situation, and because of James's quick actions and his attentiveness we averted some very serious damage to our equipment. I wanted to give James a very well-earned pat on the back and a very heartfelt "Thank You!" I appreciate the effort he has shown and for being assertive and taking the proper precautions.
