I wanted to follow up to our telephone conversation with an email.

I just wanted to say (again) that words can't really describe how thrilled I am with the help I received from one of your folks last night. Long story short - It was bitter cold & windy when I left Ewing about 7:00 p.m. It was a long day; I had a flat tire on the way home; and Dekalb was the closest/safest place to leave my car…

That is where your folks stepped in. They stopped to make sure everything was OK, and offered three times to put my spare on. I declined the first two times since I thought it was just too cold for me, or them, to do it. However, one of your guys was so persistent and sincere in his offer to help that I decided to take him up on it. The end result was one eternally grateful customer.Whelan Security is #1 in customer service!!!
