The other day…I shared with you my appreciation for the exceptional quality of service a few people have provided us. I'd like to follow up with a more formal note.
The folks that staff the main security gate have been great. They are always very helpful, friendly, and responsive. We have had to call them several times over the last few months and they have been nothing but professional in the manner in which they handled every situation…They have been very helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. There are two individuals that have been fantastic to deal with and they are Fred and Brian. The way in which Fred greets us at the gate is super. Brian has also been extremely helpful in responding to issues…and assisting our guests. We also had an emergency with my dad where an ambulance had to be called and the security team was very helpful and responsive. It's great to know that we have quality individuals watching over our property and there to help…
