I contacted some important key customers to get feedback on performance for the Bldg A and Bldg 3 Lobby receptionists (Pam Malcolm and Pa Vang). Attached are the responses I received - which are very, very positive. Sometimes, I think that these two might not get the recognition they deserve, and I want them to know that their efforts are appreciated…So, here is what I would like to propose. Please get Pam and Pa gift cards to a restaurant of their choice. In addition, I have made arrangements…for everyone on your entire staff here.to go up to the café for a breakfast or lunch on us…
