Dear Ed,

On behalf of the American Red Cross, I would like to express our appreciation for all of the assistance your Company has given to our Disaster Operations in Joplin, MO. It is during disasters, like this tornado, that the true character of a security company is shown. The men and women of your Company exhibited professionalism and dedication that should make you very proud.

I personally had an occasion to work with Jim Howard (Client Service Manager), Lacquen Freeman (Supervisor), and guards Justin Waite and George Luzzatto. They all were very helpful to me as the Manager of the Life Safety and Asset Protection Activity for the Red Cross. I would especially like to commend these employees for their attention to the needs of the Red Cross as a client.

We hope never again to have to deal with a disaster like the one that hit Joplin. However, there will be other disasters and it is comforting to me to know that your company is there to assist us.
