Dear Mr. Twardowski,
I wanted to personally thank a member of your staff who helped me tremendously last night at Busch Stadium after the U2 concert. His name is Tom Piotter. After leaving the venue and returning to my car I realized that my pocketbook was missing out of my purse. My husband and I returned to the stadium and asked for help to get back in to look for it near where I was sitting. Mr. Piotter not only called and checked with Lost and Found on his radio, but also escorted us back to our seats where I found it laying on the ground under the seat in front of me! He certainly could have told me to wait and come back or call at another time, but very graciously took the time to be of safe assistance. Please let him know how grateful I am again, and I cannot say enough about his exceptional client care! I can't thank him enough for coming to my rescue!!
