Every once in a while it is nice to forward good news! Today is one of those days. Apparently we have a good Samaritan in our midst…as I understand it, Tyler was kind enough to help an elderly individual across the street the other night. The lady was so grateful that she sent him the attached card…My point is that Tyler went above and beyond the call of duty and exhibited excellent customer service skills. That not only reflects well on Whelan, but on the building and management company as well.
