St. Louis - Whelan Security Co., headquartered in St. Louis, is proud to announce that it has been selected for the 2009 Greater St. Louis Top 50 Awards presented by the St. Louis Regional Chamber & Growth Association (RCGA).

"As we continue to expand throughout the United States at the specific request of many of existing customers and continue to generate national industry momentum, this award really hits home," said Greg Twardowski, President of Whelan Security. "At our core, we remain a family-owned, St. Louis company. We are extremely proud of the diversity and strength of our local workforce.
