St. Louis – Whelan Security Management Company, Inc. (d/b/a Whelan Security) is excited to announce the addition of Scott Foster as Director of Talent Acquisition. In this new strategic leadership role, Scott will be responsible for driving corporate culture, continued growth, and earnings through effective talent acquisition and recruitment strategies as well as employment branding initiatives.
Prior to joining Whelan Security, Scott served 10 years with SSM Health in various positions including Director, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Development Leader, Team Leader-Employee Relations, and HR Consultant. Along with insourcing the entire recruitment function for SSM Health in St. Louis, Scott also was an SSM University Instructor on Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Change Management, and Team Dynamics. Scott’s primary focus is achieving results through effective leadership.
Scott earned a Bachelor’s degree from Webster University and holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development also from Webster University. He is certified as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner.
