At Whelan, we believe in our service delivery models. As a result, at accounts where the Truth Report is administered, we are willing to offer a performance-based contract tying our profitability directly to our performance. This approach provides our customers the peace of mind that we are fulfilling our promises and exceeding reasonable expectations.
The benefits of performance based contracts are obvious. Whelan has additional incentive to perform at a very high level – or our profitability is diminished. If Whelan performs at levels beyond previously determined customer expectations, Whelan earns an incentive bonus – but only in the event of the delivery of world-class service.
